2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a Film, the Submitter:

• Confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• Enters into a legally binding agreement with the Organizer.

3. Eligibility

• The Submitter must be 18 years or older or have legal guardian consent.
• The Film must fall within the defined duration categories:
  • Short Film (< 15 Mints)
  • Mid-Length (< 30 Mints)
  • Feature Film (> 30 Mints)
• The Film must include English subtitles (mandatory) in separate SRT Form.

4. Grant of Rights

5. Ownership & Warranties

The Submitter represents and warrants that:

• They hold full legal rights to the Film
• The Film does not infringe:
  • Copyright
  • Trademark
  • Privacy or publicity rights
• All third-party permissions (music, footage, actors, etc.) are obtained

7. Submission Requirements

• Film must be submitted in required technical format
• Subtitles (English) mandatory
• Accurate information must be provided

Failure may result in disqualification without notice.

8. Selection & Judging Process

• Initial selection is based on:
  • Views
  • Watch time
  • Engagement
• Final decision:
  • By jury panel
  • At Organizer’s sole discretion

All decisions are final and binding.

9. No Guarantee

Submission does NOT guarantee:

• Selection
• Screening
• Awards
• Distribution
• Financial return

10. Platform Usage & Analytics

The Submitter acknowledges:

• Performance metrics (views, watch time, etc.) are determined by the platform
• Organizer is not liable for:
  • Data discrepancies
  • Technical inaccuracies

11. Monetization Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Display advertisements before/during films
• Monetize content through platform models

Unless otherwise agreed, no revenue share is guaranteed.

12. Content Removal Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Remove or restrict access to any Film:
  • Violating laws
  • Infringing rights
  • Against platform policy

Without prior notice.

13. Technical Limitations

The Organizer is not liable for:

• Streaming issues
• Platform downtime
• Data loss
• Upload failures

14. Piracy & Security

While reasonable safeguards will be used:

• The Organizer is not liable for unauthorized copying, piracy, or leaks

15. Confidentiality

• The Organizer is not obligated to maintain confidentiality of submitted content
• Submitter assumes risk of digital exposure

16. Termination

The Organizer may:

• Reject or remove any submission
• Terminate participation

At its sole discretion.

17. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for failure due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Technical outages
• Unforeseen events

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Courts of SURAT, GUJARAT

19. Dispute Resolution

• Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first
• Failing which, disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction stated above

20. Entire Agreement

This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

21. Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms at any time
• Continued participation implies acceptance

22. Data Rights

The Organizer may:

• Collect and use user data
• Use analytics for internal and commercial purposes

23. Brand Usage

The Submitter grants rights to:

• Use film name, credits, and visuals for marketing

24. No Partnership

Nothing creates:

• Partnership
• Employment
• Joint venture

25. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer’s liability shall not exceed the submission fee (if any).
